I have enjoyed sooo much the rebirth of the Jasmine Restaurant since Valentine’s Day this year! I love the style of the new restaurant - it’s beautiful! My whole family and I used to enjoy the food at the old Jasmine Restaurant and we have missed it for far too long. It’s wonderful to enjoy the new restaurant and, if anything, the food is even better than I remember. The buffet is, without doubt, the best in the area by a country mile. Long live the Jasmine Restaurant!
Since I moved to the area I think I have tried 5-6 South-Asian restaurants that deliver (I have not eaten in at any). All the others had poor quality samosas (lumpy blobs) and overly mild, sometimes even sweet, dishes. Jasmine is the first one that has good samosas - neat triangles, crispy pastry, tasty lamb filling. It is also the only one with dishes that have some appropriate chilli heat. Very happy to find this place and it will definitely be my go to for Desi food. The only thing that I would love to see is less plastic packaging but, to be fair, there are barely any eateries using environmentally friendly packaging.
Lovely halal food spot in kirkaldy, their buffet prices and variety is quite nice, we loved the starters and the nan. Will definitely be back again
